Stratocumulus Legal is presenting at a workshop on 4 September 2025 hosted by WA Data Science Innovation Hub (WADSIH) and Perth Machine Learning Group, on the Productivity COmmission’s interim report on “Harnessing Data and Digital Technology”. Our focus will be on a high-profile and controversial topic in the interim report: Should text & data mining (TDM) be an exception to copyright infringement in Australia?
